Your team can be integrated and inspired.

Whole Life Coaching will help your team function more effectively by deepening the understanding of your shared goals, strengths & weaknesses, core values, and identity … thus catalyzing a deeper commitment towards extraordinary performance.

Your coach doesn’t take over the team, but supports the existing leadership structure with probing discovery questions and insightful observations which provide valuable new perspectives.

More to Life Team Coaching is customized to your team’s setting. Clients pay a monthly retainer to have your coach join you for team meetings and have a follow up session with the team leaders. A typical arrangement would be $800 for a pattern of two meetings per month.

Thank you very much for your assistance as our leadership team worked through difficult issues. You brought a very effective combination of wisdom and leadership, knowing when to provide input and knowing when to refrain.
Ken Morrison

Mark's workshop on Dealing with Difficult People reminded our team that we can only change ourselves and our reactions rather than other people. He was able to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time and did not allow individuals to get side-tracked by their own issues. He is a good listener, and puts people at ease by making them feel they can trust him.
